Aluminised Fire Proximity Suits are designed for rescue operations and places where there are hazards and people operating in excessive temperature ranging 800-1000 degree Celsius. The outer layer of these aluminized suit being aluminized helps to reflect more than 90% heat thereby helping the rescuer to prolong the stay near fire comfortably. Fire proximity suit is made out of 16 oz imported aluminized glass fiber fabric with a dual mirror having 90% reflection of heat as an outer layer and with woolen fabric lining. An additional layer (vapor barrier) is also used for higher temperature. Outer fabrics tested and approved by defense institute for fire research New Delhi & field tests performed by the defence-Indian navy nbcd school, ins Shivaji. Lonavla Maharashtra.

Complete Suit consists of the following:
Overall:

• An Overall is one piece suit or 2 pc. Jacket & trouser having Zipper & Stud fastener with or without Pouch on back to accommodate breathing apparatus. Stitching is done by ‘KEVLAR’ Threads.

Hood:

• It houses a fiberglass helmet for firemen as per IS-2745. Two elasticized straps to cover well below the shoulders. Hood has the visor consisting of curved plain polycarbonate and tinted acrylic & an outer layer of thin transparent mica.

Gloves:

• 14” long five-fingered type Gloves having stud fastener for better securing at the wrist.

Boots:

• Boots are made of an upper layer of aluminized glass fiber fabric & inner lining of high-quality leather, with heavy duty zipper covered with aluminized fabric flap with an extra stud for double protection. Special Neoprene Rubber sole in the nonskid pattern for use in oil/ chemical/grease area. Metal toe for extra air-room & protection.

We manufacture Fire Entry Suit that is mainly used in extinguishing the fire during any hazards. The Fire Entry Suit is offered in various layers and weighs 22 kgs and can handle fire with 2000°F temperature. The fire entry suits can be easily worn and are equipped with ZETEX – PLUS fabric outer layer for providing utmost performance even in open fire. It consists of the coat with long sleeves, double storm fly front and pouch to carry cylinder for breathing apparatus.

The safety fire suits are provided with adjustable straps with pant and hood that can be kept in the built-in shell. In order to provide thermal protection to the eyes, the fiberglass helmet has tempered glasses and two gold-plated lenses. We offer high-performance Fire Proximity Suit that is widely applicable in intense heat, fire, steam, and hot liquid. These Fire Proximity Suits are extensively used in the petrochemical plants, foundries, plant, steel, glass, ceramics, and defense industry.

The Fire Proximity Suit has been specially developed and field tested for rescue operations.

The outer layer of these suits is made from 16 oz imported aluminized glass fiber fabric with a dual mirror which has 90% reflection of heat. The inner layer is prepared by means of woolen fabric lining which is stitched using heavy-duty Kevlar thread.

The entire suit is consisted of one-piece coverall having with or without pouch to keep breathing apparatus. It also has a hood with visor, a pair of glove and a pair of boots.

The visor of the hood is made from mica and tinted polycarbonate. The hood is manufactured using is-2745 standard fiberglass helmet and attached with two elasticized straps for a better grip.

To protect the wrists the suit is also presented with 14" gloves with stud fastener. To safeguard the feet from high temperature, boots having neoprene rubber sole that does not skid on a greasy floor are provided. Boots also have aluminized fabric flap sturdy zipper.
