Low temperature Gas Protective SuitMade out of Multiple layers.
1. Water Proof laminated light weight Silicone Coated Inherently Flame Retardant as a outer layer
2. Woolen felt 1.5mm thick.
3.Polyester wadding 80GSM
4. Inner most layer of polyester fleece fabric, Quilted Polyester fabric with Polyester wadding 80 GSM & FR Cotton Lining.
Suit consists of
One-piece coverall / Boiler Suit with pouch on back to house B.A. Set, Hood with Visor, Five Finger Hand Gloves & Booties.
Zipper will be air tight inverted zipper.
Entire suit will be sealed with seam sealing tape.
Seams : Sewn with Flame Resistance special thread to ensure leak proof design.
Suitable for temperature upto -60 degree Centigrade & less for a period of 3 hrs. No cracking, blistering is noticed on the suit after the low temp. Test.
Designed for comfort & protection for Low temperature Gas protective , Wind and tear resistant, as well as water repellent. The Suit is also suitable for Flame Retardant in case of Mishap at Gas Leakage & its burning.
Certifications:-
The Suit is tested as per EN ISO 943-2 standard from IRMRA an NABL approved laboratory.
